At wholesale single , we acknowledge your time and effort, and we understand the importance of ‘touch and feel’ in your purchase decision. We also understand the several questions that pop up in one’s mind while shopping online – Is the color going to be the same as the photo? Will it match my expectations? Is it Durable? Etc. and therefore our return and exchange policies are curate for a seamless experience. The products purchased on wholesalesingle.in can be returned or exchanged within 24 hours of delivery. Post this, return or exchange is not allowed. Also, for the return or exchange to be valid, make packing video for proof & products must be returned in their original packaging, including hangers, poly bags, hang tags on garments, dust bags and gift boxes. Items must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and undamaged. This may be checked by our executive when we will receive in our warehouse.

Self-Ship: In some locations our logistics partners may not offer a pick up. In such cases, we request you to self ship through a reliable courier service &  the product should meets the return policy also you have to shared scan copy of the courier receipt with us on our customer care num +91-9825839722  or [email protected]  giving your order id to help us track your order.

Important Note : We make unboxing videos of all our customer returns to ensure that the product has been returned to us in its original condition. We have the legal right to reject any refund claim where we find that the returned product has been used and returned or if the original product was not returned back to us. 

The courier charge amount mentioned on the receipt should not overshoot sender-destination-service combination and shall be cross checked with the courier company.

Kindly pack the items securely to prevent any loss or damage during transit.

For Exchange, single product cannot be exchanged for multiple products. While customer can exchange multiple item at a time by initiating separate exchange request for each of the item.

After submitting return or exchange request, parcel must be shipped and delivered to us within 7 days. After which it would not be accepted.

If an item is returned we will refund the amount after deducting the shipping fee and convenience fee in the case of COD orders. 

For credit card, debit card, net banking, and UPI payment, we shall refund directly into the same payment mode by which you have purchased the product. The refund will be initiated within 7-10 working days of receipt of your returned item. It will take 3 to 5 days to reflect in your account.
For cash on delivery, your refund will be given via wholesale single store credit( 1 year validity ).These store credit can be used for your next purchase OR You have a choice to get the refund credited to your Bank account in which case, we would request the bank account details.
